I believe that Personal Training is a method where an
individual receive one on one verbal and nonverbal fitness
instruction from a professional in regards proper exercise
technic while assisting the client to develop behavioral
patterns that will support a health lifestyle.
At Roddrix our philosophy is simple, we want your goals to
become our goals. If you want to get in the best shape of your
life to run a marathon then that’s our goal for you! If you want
to get back into your favorite pair of jeans you use to wear 10
years ago- let’s do it! If you want to be able just to see your
toes again when you stand up we’re feel your pain and want to
