Small group training can be done with a group as small as 3 to about 8 participants. Generally, at Roddrix we try to match groups by their fitness levels and geographical locations. Most exercises are performed using your own body weight and are done utilizing a partner in an exercise whether that we holding your partner’s feet while the other does a sit-up to a push up hand slap with your partner.

SGPTs can also be done for your local office, church or communities. There are various places where the SGPTs are being conducted so please contact us here to learn more about this exciting program and to find where an location nearest you.
